We refer to  the above Code Modification Proposal. 

It has been decided to restrict the proposed telco in relation to this Proposal to consideration of the 
code amendments  required to facilitate trading by GNI on the EBI Gas Trading Platform . The 
consideration of the proposed Daily Imbalance Charges is deferred to the next CMF Meeting in Cork on 
June 13. 

Accordingly, we attach the following ;

1.	Amendment to Part A – Definitions inserted /amended

2.	Mark-up of Amended Part E – Balancing /Shrinkage

The proposed go-live date for GNI on the platform is now Friday week, June 1, and it is proposed that 
the telco to consider the above will take place early next week.

We will revert as soon as the telco details are finalised.
