In the course of drafting the changes to the Code of Operations arising from the European Network Codes it was found that consequential changes were required in a number of parts of the Code. These changes to Parts G, H and I were consulted upon between 18 September 2015 and 25 September 2015, with no responses received.
The amended drafting for these Parts G, H, and I of the Code does not directly and solely relate to any individual Code modification proposal, but reflects these consequential changes to the Code.
Interim Measures
As a result of issues which were consulted upon during the A063 Modification Process the Transporter published an Interim Measures Report, which was approved by the CER on 17 April 2015. Detailed information on the publication of the Interim Measures can be found at this link.
