Operations and Regulatory Reporting Analyst
The Operations & Regulatory Reporting analyst will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory reporting and accounts are completed in an accurate, efficient and effective manner and will manage the development of monthly and quarterly business performance reporting. Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, the Ops & Regulatory Reporting Analyst will be responsible for assessing the regulatory reporting requirements from a finance perspective, supporting the submissions to the Regulator as part of the price control process, monitoring performance against the price control plan and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Project Delivery Lead-NSWC & DX Pipelines
The Asset Delivery function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for the end to end planning, designing and delivery of GNI’s portfolio of asset development programmes. Encompassing the three pillars of Project Delivery Management, Design Delivery and Project Services; the Asset Delivery function brings together all the technical and project support capabilities needed to take high-level projects and programmes from the Portfolio Office and translate these through from detailed design and project planning, to construction delivery and handover to Asset Operations. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager (DX), the Project Delivery Lead – NSWC & DX Pipelines, will be responsible for overseeing a national team in the end to end planning and delivery of NSWC and DX pipeline construction projects/programmes issued to Asset Delivery by the Portfolio Office. The Project Delivery Lead will work closely with the Portfolio Office, as well as technical and service leads within Asset Delivery; to successfully develop and deliver these projects, from Gate 2 through to Gate 4. Acting as the primary point of contact for these projects, the Project Delivery Lead - NSWC will need to use a multidisciplinary approach and highly developed leadership skills, in order to establish and lead cross-functional project teams in the successful delivery of these programmes.
Business Partnering and Planning Manager
The Business Partnering and Planning Manager acts as a key point of support for the Head of Financial Control and Planning in the management of the operational performance of Finance with the other business functions. The Business Partnering and Planning Manager will cultivate strong relationships, provide a deep understanding of the Business and deliver the required Finance expertise to drive Business performance and deliver a Finance agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. Reporting directly into the Head of Financial Control and Planning, the Business Partnering and Planning Manager will be located close to the Business to support the provision of high-quality advice, information, analysis and interpretation to the Business to underpin effective decision making, meaningful performance management and meeting statutory requirements. In addition, the Business Partnering and Planning Manager will be responsible for the management of the planning, budgeting and forecasting process and related activities.
Siteworks Supervisor Munster
Applications are now invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Siteworks Supervisor. Reporting to the Senior Networks Coordinator or their delegate, the Siteworks Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of construction, commissioning, operational, maintenance and decommissioning activities on Natural Gas Pipeline, and Metering Assets on the distribution network in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring they execute all field work safely and efficiently in line with all relevant legislation, standards, industry codes and practices.
Tax Lead
The Tax Lead is responsible for supporting tax compliance, strategy and planning across the organisation. Reporting into the Tax Manager, the Tax Lead will also have responsibility for promoting increased awareness of taxation risks and opportunities.
Planning Analyst
The Planning Analyst is responsible for the ongoing management of financial models, assisting in the delivery of the budget, forecasting and corporate plan process. Reporting into the Planning & Budgeting Manager, the Planning Analyst will also ensure alignment with the relevant Price Controls.
