The Commercial function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for ensuring the business remains commercially focused through its customer and marketing strategy, large customer accounts, managing the relationship with the CRU and other parties, shipper services and tariff setting and Price Reviews. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst, the role will involve applying financial models to revenue and tariff information, preparing reports and revenue projections, undertaking commercial analysis and preparing tariff and revenue submissions.
Field Operations Technician
Applications are now invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Field Operations Technician. Reporting to the Networks Coordinator or their delegate, the Field Operations Technician is responsible for the delivery of construction, commissioning, operational, maintenance and decommissioning activities on Natural Gas Pipeline, Pressure Control and Metering Assets on the transmission and distribution networks in a safe and efficient manner.
Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, the Digital Manager has responsibility for the implementation of the Digital strategy to support the company’s overall growth strategy as well as supporting other departmental projects. The Digital Manager will lead the delivery of complex digital projects including integration with existing IT systems from initiation through to steady state operations. The role requires strong project management skills and deep digital knowledge, with the successful candidate demonstrating a proven track record of website development, integration and digital projects. The Digital Manager will drive GNI’s digital transformation through all customer facing channels.
Asset Engineer Metering, Electrical and C&I
Reporting to the Senior Asset Engineer C & I, Metering & Gas Quality, the Asset Engineer will assist in developing asset strategies, policies and standards to meet the safety, regulatory and business requirements while maximizing and sustaining the value of the asset.
