Following on from the approval by the CER of the Interim Measures Report, an additional Code Modification was commenced. Code Modification A068 incorporated a number of issues which were consulted on as part of modification A063, as well as Chapter 10 of Regulation EU 312/2014 which directly relates to Interim Measures.
