Market Development Analyst
The Regulation function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for the delivery of Market Operations, Market Development, implementation of EU Energy Market Regulations and Directives and both EU and Irish policy initiatives, as well as the strategy to deal with ongoing Regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Wholesale Market Manager, this position will involve ensuring the effective systemisation of the wholesale market rules, in particular the Code of Operations, across key business process and applications such as GTMS, whilst ensuring compliance with key industry standards such as the EU Networks Codes on Transparency and Interoperability.

Contracts Performance Manager
The Portfolio Office function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of all capital and operational work within the organisation, enabling it to make key decisions that will optimise the overall delivery of GNI’s portfolio of work. The portfolio office provides support and oversight in the areas of Investment Planning and Governance, Assurance and Programme Management, Delivery Enablement, Connections Coordination, Land Management and Statutory Consents, and Commercial Management; whilst also acting as the gate keeper and critical interface between potential investment programmes and commercial opportunities; and the core departments responsible for the delivery, operation and maintenance of GNI’s assets.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contracts Performance Manager is accountable for ensuring appropriate frameworks and contracts are in place to support the delivery of the approved investment plan, for monitoring and managing performance of contracts and frameworks, assuring compliance, driving continuous improvement and delivering efficiency across GNI. They will support GNI on the proactive management and governance of key delivery partners. They will ensure appropriate project level agreements are put in place and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regard to contract obligations.

Contracts Performance Lead

Information Security Analyst
The Role:
The Data Competency Centre (DCC) delivers centralised oversight of activities which manage, measure and improve GNI’s data. The DCC advise on the governance, design and management of data and monitor resulting data quality. Within the DCC, GNI data management policies and procedures are created, data architecture is managed, information security matters are overseen, and business intelligence and data analytics initiatives are prioritised and delivered in line with enterprise-wide needs.
The Information Security Analyst, reporting to the Information Security Lead, will ensure the security and integrity of Gas Networks Ireland's data. The role involves advising on compliance and best practices, supporting security control implementation, and delivering information security services. Key responsibilities include identifying and monitoring security risks, developing assurance plans, and evaluating data transfer risks. The Information Security Analyst will also develop and maintain security policies, monitor compliance, and lead security awareness initiatives. Collaboration with IT Cyber Security and IT Operations to assess vulnerabilities, support NIST controls, and assist in third-party risk assessments will also be part of the role. Overall, the Information Security Analyst is vital in maintaining data quality, ensuring policy compliance, and protecting sensitive information across the organization and its suppliers. -

Network Planning Engineer
Reporting to the Fibre Manager, the Network Planning Engineer will support the development, design coordination, and optimisation of Aurora Telecom’s fibre network.
The role will encompass activities across network planning, fibre design support, route definition, and fibre records management, while ensuring alignment between planning outputs and detailed network design standards.The successful candidate will contribute to both technical and commercial processes, including feasibility assessments, pricing support, and tender responses. This will involve activities such as fibre route analysis, distance calculations, capacity checks, and customer record setup.
The role involves a mix of office-based planning/design work and field engagement, working closely with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
There is strong opportunity to grow within the team, gaining exposure to both network design and strategic planning functions in a professional and technically focused environment.The role may also require acting as delegate for the Fibre Manager during periods of absence. Required to travel all around the country to all areas of the Aurora Telecom Network. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.

Connections Coordination Analyst
The Network Services function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for enabling efficient and customer focused work delivery by providing shared work management services across functions, delivering optimised levels of performance in work flow coordination, scheduling and dispatch, customer interfaces, clerical and mapping support.
The purpose of the Customer Coordination Team is to provide end to end project management of all non-capital new connections, alterations and customer requested cut-offs. This team will provide the customer contact and administrative support required to deliver the E2E connection. The team will also be responsible for delivering specific operational activities (e.g. GPRN creation, Workorder creation and progression, CRM updates, Payments process which is required to progress a new connection.The team will support each of the Functions involved in a new connection (i.e. Commercial, Asset Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Finance as per job/project) to deliver the connection in a way that meets our customers’ expectations. This team will enable a ‘one team’ approach to job/project delivery through supporting the initial sales cycle, monitoring the ‘burn date’ and communicating progress to the relevant GNI stakeholders and customers involved in each new connection.
Reporting to the Connection Coordination Manager, the Connection Coordination Analyst is responsible for key administrative tasks to aid the progression of connections, alterations and customer requested cut-offs.
