Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER) - Community Information Clinic, Foynes

Gas Networks Ireland to host Foynes community information clinic

Gas Networks Ireland will host a drop-in public information clinic in Foynes this month to provide the local community and stakeholders with an opportunity to learn more about the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER) project.

The drop-in event will take place at Foynes & District Community Centre on Wednesday 22 July between 4pm and 8pm.

Members of the SGER team will be available to share information, outline recent progress and answer questions from attendees. This information clinic is primarily aimed at marine users of the estuary, ensuring they are informed about the proposed development at Cahiracon, Co. Clare. Other interested members of the community are encouraged to attend at any time during the session.

The event forms part of Gas Networks Ireland's ongoing commitment to engaging with local communities as the project develops.
