Gas Networks Ireland’s David Kelly appointed Vice President of Dublin Chamber
David Kelly, Director of Customer and Business Development at Gas Networks Ireland, has been appointed Vice President of Dublin Chamber for 2025 and will serve as President in 2026.
Dublin Chamber, Ireland’s largest business representative organisation, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 February where Eoghan Quigley was appointed as President. The event was attended by over 500 business representatives, including Taoiseach Micheál Martin.
Commenting on his appointment, David Kelly said:
“It is an honour to take on the role of Vice President of Dublin Chamber and to work alongside Eoghan and the Chamber’s team. Dublin Chamber plays a vital role in advocating for businesses in the capital and I look forward to contributing to its efforts in shaping policy, supporting innovation and promoting economic growth.”
Mary Rose Burke, CEO of Dublin Chamber, welcomed David’s appointment:

As Vice President, David will support the Chamber in its policy work and business engagement initiatives before taking up the presidency in 2026. This appointment underscores Gas Networks Ireland’s commitment to leadership, innovation and business engagement.
Gas Networks Ireland operates the country’s €3 billion, 14,725km national gas network and is leading the transition to renewable gases such as biomethane and hydrogen to support Ireland’s energy security and decarbonisation goals.
