IT Operations Technology Manager
The IT team within Gas Networks Ireland is an integral part of the business providing operational, and customer-focused IT services. These services include solution delivery, service management, and infrastructure & operations management. These services are provided through a combination of in-house resources and external service providers. The OT/SCADA group houses the SCADA skills necessary to ensure the implementation and availability of all OT applications and infrastructure including hardware, networks, data centre and disaster recovery. They plan and manage technical OT projects to renew and update the underlying OT infrastructure. They also safeguard the OT systems by implementing robust security standards.
Reporting to the IT Security & Operations Technology Manager, the IT Operations Technology Manager has responsibility for the IT (application and Infrastructure) requirements for the Operational Technology and SCADA implementation, the ongoing technical support to the Gas Transportation Management System and to numerous Process Application Systems. This role requires strong IT and OT technical, application, team management skills and candidates will demonstrable leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. This role requires collaboration and sharing of IT team responsibilities with the Operations Technology teams as required. -
Company Secretariat Manager
Reporting to the Company Secretary, the Company Secretariat Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the Secretariat function and for being a key conduit between the Gas Networks Ireland Board and the business.

Treasury Back Office Analyst
The Treasury Back Office Analyst will provide support to GNI’s Treasury function in the funding, risk management, cash management, settlement, accounting and reporting activities of Gas Networks Ireland.
Reporting to the Treasury Back Office & Operations Manager, the person appointed to the role will contribute to the settlement, confirmation, valuation, monitoring, accounting and reporting of all treasury transactions and activities.

Gas Transportation Analyst
The Asset Operations function is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Transmission and Distribution networks; executing all field work, safely and efficiently, in line with all relevant legislation, standards, industry codes and practices.
The Network Operations team within Chief Operations Office is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the GNI gas network in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland, on a 24-hour basis.
Reporting to the Gas Transportation Manager, the Gas Transportation Analyst is responsible for operating a range of business processes enabling the accurate measurement and billing of gas which is transported on the GNI network. The range of gas transportation business processes includes, but is not limited to, reporting of unaccounted for gas (UAG); balancing/shrinkage/stock gas procurement on the intraday trading platform; network metering and measurement strategy; and stock gas model operation. These business processes primarily result in the invoicing of gas market participants.

Planning Engineer
The Health, Safety, Quality, (HSQ) function within GNI is responsible for safety policy, quality assurance and compliance across all areas of the business. Reporting to the Senior Pipeline Safety Engineer, the Planning Engineer will have responsibility for managing the provision of GIS data to third parties, analysing and reporting on that data, reviewing planning applications and supporting the implementation of third party damage prevention strategy initiatives, They will also assist with development and rollout of Gas Networks Ireland Process Safety initiatives as required and assist the Senior Pipeline Safety Engineer in doing so. The role requires a proactive approach to Health and Safety, encouraging and coaching the wider organisation whilst promoting a positive safety culture.

GTMS Analyst
The IT team within Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) is an embedded and integral part of the business providing operational, strategic and customer focused IT services, which include, IT Strategy, and Architecture Services, Gas Applications, and Technical Operations capability.
The GTMS Analyst role will report to the GTMS Lead and will ensure the direct delivery of business changes to the GTMS application.
The role requires an in depth understanding of the Wholesale business processes of the GNI business. GTMS is the main system falling under the remit of this GTMS Analyst role. -
Estimation and Cost Intelligence Manager
The Portfolio Office function within Gas Networks Ireland(GNI) is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of all capital and operational work within the organisation, enabling it to make key decisions that will optimise the overall delivery of GNI’s portfolio of work. The portfolio office provides support and oversight in the areas of Investment Planning and Governance, Assurance and Programme Management, Delivery Enablement, Connections Coordination, Land Management and Statutory Consents, and Commercial Management; whilst also acting as the gate keeper and critical interface between potential investment programmes and commercial opportunities; and the core departments responsible for the delivery, operation and maintenance of GNI’s assets
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Estimation and Cost Intelligence Manager will be accountable for managing a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Estimation Specialists responsible for developing and assessing prioritised and optimised estimates, budgets, evaluation of Works Packages/Tender prices and cost related reporting, ensuring capacity and capability to provide commercial support to GNI.. -
Contracts Performance Manager
The Portfolio Office function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of all capital and operational work within the organisation, enabling it to make key decisions that will optimise the overall delivery of GNI’s portfolio of work. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contracts Performance Manager is accountable for ensuring appropriate frameworks and contracts are in place to support the delivery of the approved investment plan, for monitoring and managing performance of contracts and frameworks, assuring compliance, driving continuous improvement and delivering efficiency across GNI. They will support GNI on the proactive management and governance of key delivery partners. They will ensure appropriate project level agreements are put in place and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regard to contract obligation
